Our apartment is on a lovely friendly complex located centrally in Puerto Del Carmen Lanzarote.
The complex has a lovely pool which can be seen from the apartments terrace it has a pool bar with happy hour, cocktails, snacks, a pool table and a communal BBQ all with ample seating and sun beds.
Close to the old town, the harbour, the strip and the beach. Just 5 mins walk to Lidl, McDonalds and the new Biosfera Plaza shopping centre and on the doorstep of lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The apartment is one of the larger apartments on the complex on the ground floor having 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, it also has a sleeper couch. Sleeping up to 6 people consisting of 4 adults and 2 children, it has a nice private terrace for your own personal use overlooking the pool.
The apartment has internet with WiFi and a Samsung tv with a set top box having lots of English tv channels including most of the sky programs, regional BBC, ITV, sky sports, movies, box office, BT sport, WWE, ESPN, EPL, EFL and many more.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, dolce gusto coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils, crockery pots, pans and equipment you might need for your self catering needs.
Supplied for your stay will be all the bed linen, coat hangers, towels, beach towels, toilet rolls, soap, shampoo, hairdryer , hair straighteners and a welcome pack.
Children are welcome and a high chair and cot can be supplied if needed at no extra charge.
Check in 16:00 and checkout 10am but early check in or late checkout can be organised if needed.
Maximum occupancy is 6 travelers (4 adults). For stays of over a week a mid term clean can be arranged for €35.
